The West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce (WIMCC) is the voice of the West Island business community, as it represents the needs of its 850 members. The WIMCC’s mission is to encourage and promote the development of the business community. Its territory includes all municipalities from Lachine to Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.
Our firm proudly participates in most of the Chamber’s events, as Me Paquette serves as Vice-President of Legal Affairs on the WIMCC’s Board of Directors.
West Island Community Shares
West Island Community Shares strives to raise crucial funds and allocate donations wisely in the West Island of Montreal to build a strong, resilient, inclusive, and healthy West Island community.
Me Paquette sat as President of the Board of Directors from 2020 to 2022 and remains involved in all of the organization’s initiatives to this day.

Centre Ricochet
In the Fall of 2024, Paquette Attorneys contributed to Centre Ricochet’s outreach by sponsoring the Lachine Annual Softball Tournament. Proceeds from the event were distributed to the center to positively impact the lives of West Islanders in need of support amid Quebec’s actual housing crisis.
Ricochet is committed to developing and offering housing and support solutions for people experiencing residential instability in the West Island and surrounding areas.
We are looking forward to continuing to support this incredible organization through our Villa partnership in 2025.
Action Jeunesse de l’Ouest-de-l’Île
Action Jeunesse de l’Ouest-de-l’Île is a recognized organization that annually helps hundreds of young and vulnerable people. Comprising an exceptional team of outreach street workers and animators, AJOI strives to create a safer, more united community. They offer prevention and intervention services in outreach street and community work, as well as sports activities that help create a social safety net for all.
We look forward to continuing to support this indispensable organization by sponsoring various initiatives in 2025.
Carrefour Jeunesse- Emploi de L’Ouest-De-L’îLe
The CJE West Island’s mission is to support young adults by offering a free range of bilingual services and programs focused on social reintegration, job searching, returning to school, and developing entrepreneurial awareness — all made possible through the active involvement of community partners.
Me Paquette proudly serves on the organization’s executive committee, and Paquette & Associés Avocats is committed to this mission by providing ongoing legal advice to the CJE West Island.
