Caitlin joined Paquette Attorneys in September 2025 as a paralegal.

Within the scope of her duties, Caitlin plays a pivotal role within the team by providing rigorous administrative and legal support to the attorneys. She is responsible for managing schedules, drafting and reviewing legal documents, handling correspondence, and filing court proceedings. She also participates in preparing case files and authorities. She conducts research in various registries, including court records, the RDPRM, the Land Registry, and the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Registry. Caitlin also acts as a commissioner of oaths.

As part of her work on corporate transactions, she helps prepare the necessary documents, particularly for the incorporation of companies, amendments to articles of incorporation, and share acquisitions. She also keeps and updates minute books and files, and prepares annual reports with the relevant government authorities.

Caitlin began her career in an administrative court, where she developed solid experience in various areas of law before joining the Paquette team.
