Me Marin devotes her skills to assisting businesses, their directors and shareholders, according to their needs. Whether it be to incorporate a new company, to implement a corporate reorganization, to complete mergers and acquisitions or draft various contracts, including service agreements, commercial leases, share purchase/sale agreements, shareholder agreements and other commercial needs, her attention to detail will ensure that every objective is met. She also assists liquidators in settling estates involving corporate matters.

Involved in her community, Me Marin serves as a director on a board of directors in the corporate sector, as well as a board of directors in the arts and entertainment community in the West Island.
