Vanessa Leduc is a valuable member of the Paquette Attorneys team since 2018. She is currently holding the position of Director of the Paralegal Department, where she oversees and supports the team with leadership and professionalism.

As a paralegal, Vanessa provides key support to lawyers, particularly through the meticulous preparation of legal documentation for the incorporation and organization of various legal entities (business corporations, non-profit organizations, trusts, etc.), as well as for a wide range of corporate transactions, including tax rollovers, share purchases, mergers, financing, and corporate reorganizations. She also handles the drafting of correspondence, the preparation and filing of court procedures, and the assembly of exhibit, authority, and closing binders.

Vanessa is also responsible for conducting due diligence and maintaining corporate minute books, ensuring that annual reports are filed in a timely manner with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec and Corporations Canada. Vanessa is also a Commissioner of Oaths.
