Makayla is actively involved in preparing documentation for corporate transactions, including incorporations, amendments to articles, and share acquisitions. Additionally, she ensures that corporate minute books are kept up to date and that annual reports are filed promptly with the appropriate government entities.

In litigation, she plays a key role in supporting the lawyers by managing calendars, drafting and preparing legal documents, handling correspondence, filing court procedures, and conducting research in various registries such as court records, the RDPRM, the Land Register, and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. Makayla is also a Commissioner of Oaths.

Makayla began her career at a law firm specializing in family and civil law, which allowed her to expand her knowledge across various aspects of the legal field before joining our team.
